Well, we're finally coming down to the wire. Today will be pretty chill. America lost last night to Ghana, so we no longer have anyone to cheer for in the World Cup. Yesterday I wrote that I wished I could fast forward through the next few days. We realized in discussing who would take us to the airport, yesterday that we actually do have one day less than I thought. Our flight leaves at 2 am on Thursday morning, so we're not even really here on Thursday! So four days includes the day when we will actually go to the airport--I got my wish! We knocked off a whole day of waiting!
Yeah, who did you get to cart you and 50 million bags to the airport at 2am??? Just so you know, the airlines here are charging anywhere from 25 -40 bucks per bag that you check, and they are going to start charging extra for carryons. When we came over the signs said as much, yet they didn't charge us a thing. Praying for smooth packing,goodbying,and waiting!
ReplyDeletewell, our flight actually leaves at 2 am which means we will go around 11 pm and everyone loves us so they all volunteered. plus all flights arriving here and leaving here come and go at awful times, so we're all really used to it. and we hope to only have 4 bags 2 carry-on's and a diaper bag and a car seat and a stroller. only. . . .only?
